When we partnered with Crowdmark, they had a proven concept and built an MVP but were struggling to find product <> market fit. With our extensive experience in the education technology industry, we started by helping the Crowdmark team define their brand and redesign the website. Through research and customer interviews we segmented the addressable market and focused on higher education as our beachhead. We also developed and executed a go-to-market strategy to earn their first customers.
Within 4 months of our partnership, Crowdmark made it’s first sale. Building on this success DesignedUX has partnered with Crowdmark to grow all aspects of the business from partnerships, to global expansion of customers, to providing dedicated sales and marketing support. At a strategic level we continue to work with Crowdmark to define the product roadmap and test the viability of new features and products.
